What is the 7-Day Return Policy?

Kultari.com offers you a 7-Days easy return policy on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.

However, if you receive a incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy.

How do I return the product to Karatcart within 7 Days?

All you need to do is follow these three easy steps:

Step1- Check:

Products are unworn and unused.

Original Brand Tags & Packaging of the product is intact.

Step2- Pack:

Put the product with original packaging in a box.

Pack the items safely and paste the return address on the box.

We will email you the address that should be pasted on the box.

Make sure Return Charge paid by Customer.

How will I be refunded for the return?

Our Support team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, the refunded amount will be credited back to your respective account within 7 business days in case of Cash on delivery the refunded amount will be credited back to your Kultari account in a form of Gift Voucher.

Terms and conditions:

Customised products which includes personalised products manufactured with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for return.

Along with the returned shipment, product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange.

The product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.

In case of any exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reason:

1. The specific product/model is out of Stock.

2. The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.

3. The shipping address is not serviceable.
