Carl Orff's Carmina Burana follows its traditional three-part structure: The Awakening of Spring, In the Tavern, and The Court of Love. A dramatic prologue and epilogue frame the work, reminding us that the wheel of fate never stops turning. Ensemble Sinfonietta Bern performs this concert at Fraumünster.
