This intimate dance session invites a small group to explore movement and emotions in a safe space. Led by Johanna Anela, the founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich, the session welcomes all feelings – anger, joy, grief, ecstasy – to be freely expressed and transformed through dance. With over ten years of experience, she guides participants through movement, music and voice towards grounded connection. The session is held in English.
