On 19 November 2026, HERZKERN and the City of Uster invite the public to a community event to switch on the Christmas lights in the city centre. Students from Uster's music school will provide musical accompaniment, whilst local vendors offer food and drinks. The wish tree initiative allows visitors to fulfil Christmas wishes for children from disadvantaged families. Admission is free.
