Ximena Xaguar guides a four-part shamanic journey drawing on Andean and Amazonian worldviews. Each session explores one element (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) and a different dimension of human experience through guided shamanic journeying, meditation and embodied awareness. Participants discover their own perceptions, memories and personal symbolism. Individual workshops can be attended independently or as a complete four-part integration practice. In English.
