A guided heart meditation with breathwork and mantra chanting takes place each Saturday from 11:00 to 11:45, followed by an optional community vegan organic lunch on a donation basis from 12:00 to 13:00 at The Sacred Restaurant. The meditation is free, and you can choose to join just the meditation or stay for lunch as well. The session is conducted in English.
