In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to prepare traditional Korean kimchi from scratch whilst discovering Korean fermentation and food culture. You'll make your own batch to take home, enjoy a kimchi burger with fellow participants, and receive a printed recipe. All ingredients are provided, along with aprons and a relaxed atmosphere with K-pop music.
