A silent animated film by Pablo Berger about a lonely dog named Dog Varon in Manhattan who orders a robot to have a friend. The two become best friends, but after a day by the sea, the robot rusts and Dog must leave it behind. As the seasons pass, Dog searches for new friends whilst the robot can only dream. This dialogue-free film explores friendship, its importance and fragility.
