ICST presents a concert series of machine-controlled piano music. A piano automaton with 88 solenoids enables precise strike dynamics and high speed, whilst a newly developed pedal automaton offers expanded expressive possibilities. The compositions explore the artistic and aesthetic potential of this innovative musical practice.
