Philipp Gubelmann and Michael Pelzel present a concert blending soul, bossa and timeless pop and jazz pieces with free improvisations over Gregorian chants. The programme ranges from well-known titles like «Man in the Mirror» and «Let's Get It On» to meditative dialogues between saxophone and organ. The evening spans between sensual groove and sacred stillness, revealing surprising connections between jazz, pop and liturgical music.
