SHIFT 18 is a casual ice hockey programme for children, parents and the community. Kids aged 6 and above play free pond hockey in mixed teams, three-a-side on smaller rinks, with no pressure, coaching or selection. Parents can also connect and exchange experiences. The initiative is run by the INOYO 18 support association.
