About

Automatically translated from German

The Winterthur Music Collegium conducted by Nils Erik Måseidvåg performs three orchestral works: Othmar Schoeck's «Sommernacht» for strings, an impressionistic 1945 composition with warm sonorities; Franz Schreker's Intermezzo, which won first prize in a composition competition in 1901; and Zoltán Kodály's «Dances from Galánta» featuring wind and string instruments, culminating in a spirited finale. After the concert, Restaurant Bloom offers a discounted menu package.
