This workshop teaches methods for expanding movement language in aerial acrobatics. After a warm-up session to sharpen body awareness, participants work on the ground and in the air using improvisation and composition. Each person explores their personal movement style through solo, group and pair exercises. Bring your own circus equipment or check in advance with Zirkusquartier whether your apparatus is available.
