Evolution Flow is a guided three-hour journey through embodied movement and breathwork, designed to release physical tension and reconnect with your essence. Facilitator David Lamka draws on 15 years of experience as a coach and energy worker in Latin America. You move at your own pace in a safe, supported space – no dance experience required – and can slow down or rest whenever you wish. The aim is to reduce stress and restore a sense of joy and purpose.
