About

Automatically translated from German

Chopin Prize winner Yulianna Avdeeva presents two piano works in Winterthur: Béla Bartók's first Piano Concerto with its starkly pulsing and seductively sensual character, and Fanny Hensel's cycle 'Das Jahr', orchestrated by composer Detlev Glanert. The concert brings together romantic song cycles with modern orchestral texture. Musikkollegium Winterthur conducted by Roberto González-Monjas accompanies the internationally acclaimed pianist.
